Wire Visione was built to solve three concrete problems: incoming goods that cannot be tracked by batch and reel, stock running low without anyone noticing, and not knowing how much rope is left on which reel in the warehouse.

The product card has two layers. Rope and chain are metre-based, with every physical reel held as its own batch record. Slings, hooks, shackles, thimbles, clips, turnbuckles, eye bolts, and consumables are single stock items counted by piece or kilo.

The alert sweep does not depend on an application request; it runs as a scheduled job (node-cron). The loop closes even if nobody opens the panel.
The schema is created automatically at start-up (`ensureDatabase`); setup needs no separate manual step.
For client demos the panel is served in its built form through the backend rather than Vite: one origin, one address, no CORS or HMR issues.
